How We Started The market was born in 2020 through the alliance of two farmers determined to increase access to local food in the Powassan area.The Carriage House Market’s mission is to work in collaboration with local farmers and food producers to give them a place to showcase and sell their products to the public. Every Day there is something cooking in our kitchen and some days it's a special day. Thursday it's Burger and Fries.Friday it.s Pizza. Everyday is breakfast sandwich day choose from our classic breakfast sandwich or our bagel variety. The rest of the week Chef Nick prepares one of his inspired lunches using seasonal ingredients on hand.Pair it with a great cup of coffee or a special craft soda. Occasionally we throw in Cinnamon Buns,Pretzels or some other tasty treat.
