Permission to Skate Requests
Hello Everyone,

With the wrap up with our season and the beginning of Spring Tryouts I wanted to let you all know the guidelines for requesting a permission to skate.

We need an email sent to either the Secretary, Treasurer or President, we are the only ones who can sign off on a permission to skate.

In your email we need the following;

Name of Child
Level and Association they played for last year
Date of Birth
Level and Association they want to try out for this year

For Example
Johnny Smith
Powassan Hawks U13 House
May 7, 2008
U13 NB Trappers AA

Just a final reminder AA and AAA NB Trappers tryouts will be given a permission to skate. For NB Trappers A tryouts, a permission to skate will be given to the closest association with a Rep program EN Vipers. Then you need to request a permission to skate for NB Trappers A from EN Vipers. If we end up having a rep program at your level we will recall your permission to skate and your child will need to return to the Hawks.
