Get your skates sharpened this week!! The first PMHA conditioning skate is set for September 10th at the Powassan arena as follows:

9am to 10am - U7
10am to 11am - U9
11am to 12pm - U11
12pm to 1pm - U13
1pm to 2:30pm - U15
2:30pm to 4pm - U18
