In our efforts to continue to keep PMHA as great as it is, we are asking that one parent/guardian take time to complete a survey about your child/children’s 2018-2019 hockey season. Powassan Voodoos
The Powassan Voodoos Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club are one of 12 member teams of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL). Founded in 2014, the Voodoos have compiled an overall record of 224-81-20-5, won the NOJHL Regular Season title three times (2016-17, 2017-18, and 2019-20), and were NOJHL Champions in 2016-17. The team plays out of the Powassan Community Sportsplex, which straddles highway 11, is just a 20-minute drive from North Bay, and approximately a three-hour drive north of Toronto. Team ownership and management have one simple goal: to put a highly competitive team on the ice that players, coaches, and local residents can be proud of.
